Fall weather in South Dakota can be unpredictable so having clothing fit to keep you comfortable in the field is a must. Keep an eye on the weather leading up to your hunt and pack accordingly.
Non-toxic ammunition is legally required. We recommend 3" or 3.5" shells and 3 shot, 2 shot, 1 shot, or BB. We also recommend bringing 2-3 boxes of shells for each day of your hunt.
Our clients are responsible for cleaning their own birds. We offer a bird cleaning room as well as a chest freezer for bird storage during your hunt. Birds are legally required to have a fully feathered wing or head attached for transport until the bird arrives at the hunters place of residence. We recommend that you bring knives, 2 gallon ziplock bags, and a large cooler(s) for transporting the birds home.
